Yes. The last step of the calendar takes a $35 deposit on your card, and that is the only thing you pay before you arrive. It comes straight off the price of your session — it is not an extra charge.

A no-show costs a therapist an hour of their day and takes the slot from someone who wanted it. The deposit keeps the calendar honest. Show up, and it simply becomes part of what you already owed.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves with you to the new time, or is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, the deposit is kept.

Every price on our menu is listed twice. The regular price is what a walk-in guest pays. The member price is what you pay once you are on a monthly plan — a 60-minute massage is $118 regular and $98 for members. The monthly fee is the member price, so the plan pays for itself on your first visit.

Everything past the basic session — deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, CBD, lomi lomi, stretching, a scalp serum, a face mask — is an add-on with its own price, from $10 to $35. Choose them when you book or on the table. Most are included within your booked time; a few extend it — cupping and singing bowl healing each add 8 minutes, a mini head spa adds 15, and the foot spa combo adds 20 or 30.

Ten minutes before your first appointment so we can go through a short health intake. Five minutes after that. Arriving late shortens your session rather than ours.

Come in whatever is comfortable. For table massage you undress to your own comfort level and are draped at all times — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Thai massage and flexible stretching are done fully clothed, so bring soft, loose clothing.

Your hair is washed, treated and blow-dried before you leave. Most guests go straight back to work. Tell us if you have colour-treated, curly or chemically straightened hair and we will adjust the products.

A back massage added after your foot spa: 20 minutes for $10 on a 60-minute foot spa, or 30 minutes for $15 on a 90. It is extra time, so your full foot spa stays the same and the whole treatment runs 80 or 120 minutes. Most guests who try it never book the foot spa without it again.

Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards for therapeutic massage. Check with your plan administrator first — some require a note from your doctor, which we are happy to work with.

When we have a gap, yes. But weekends and evenings fill days ahead, so booking is always the safer bet. Call us and we will tell you honestly what is open today.

Couples share our double suite — two guests, each at the standard price for the service and length they choose. For three to five people, send a request or call us and we will build the schedule around your group.

Tipping is entirely up to you and never expected. If you would like to, 15–20% is customary, in cash or on the card at checkout, and it goes to your therapist.
