Swedish Massage
Warm oil, long gliding strokes, and a full hour where nothing is asked of you. Swedish is the massage everything else is measured against — and it is the standard session on our menu.

Lomi Lomi Massage
Long, continuous strokes with the hands and forearms that cross the whole body rather than working one muscle at a time. The most relaxing thing on our menu, and the least like a clinical massage.
Most massage is sectional: your therapist works your right shoulder, then your left, then your back. Lomi Lomi is continuous. Long forearm strokes travel from shoulder to hip in one movement, often with both arms working different areas at once, so the body is treated as one thing rather than a list of parts.
It is rhythmic and it does not stop and start. That is the whole point — the nervous system settles when it stops being interrupted, which is why people describe this one as the session they could not stay awake for.

Lomi Lomi is an add-on to any massage length, so a 60-minute session is $148 and a 90 is $188, with member pricing on both. Pick your length first; your therapist sets the rest with you on the table.
It uses more oil than a standard session and works best with warm skin, so come a few minutes early if you can.
Prices
This is a standard massage with the Lomi Lomi Massage add-on, so the price is the massage price for your length plus $30.
