Swedish Massage
Warm oil, long gliding strokes, and a full hour where nothing is asked of you. Swedish is the massage everything else is measured against — and it is the standard session on our menu.

Pain Relief Massage
A clinical session that begins with a conversation about exactly where it hurts, what makes it worse, and how long it has been going on.
We start with a short assessment — where the pain sits, what movements bring it on, what you have already tried. Very often the sore spot is not the source: neck pain that starts between the shoulder blades, headaches that start in the jaw, sciatic pain that starts in the glute.
From there your therapist works with trigger point release, myofascial techniques and slow sustained compression, checking in as they go. You leave with two or three specific things to do at home, because an hour on the table cannot undo forty hours at a desk on its own.

Pain that took two years to build does not leave in one session. Most guests feel a real difference the same day and a lasting one after three or four sessions spaced a week or two apart. We will tell you honestly if we think you need a physician or physical therapist instead of us.
Cupping is the other add-on worth knowing about here. At $30 it is the most involved thing on the list, and for stubborn low-back and shoulder pain it is often what finally shifts it.
Prices
This is a standard massage with the Myofascial Release add-on, so the price is the massage price for your length plus $15.

A scalp-first treatment in a private basin room. Hair is double-cleansed, the scalp is detoxed and massaged under warm running water, and you are blow-dried before you leave.

A warm soak, then reflex work through the soles, ankles and calves. Add the combo and a back massage follows, on top of your full foot spa time.

Open Monday – Sunday, 9 AM – 9 PM. You pay nothing to reserve a time.
